The Public Trust Office (PTO) assists with managing estates, trusts, and certain funds when a person has passed away, cannot be located, or is unable to manage their financial affairs.
This questionnaire invites members of the public to share their views, experiences, and expectations to help improve how the Public Trust Office operates. You do not need any prior knowledge of the Public Trust Office or the law to take part. Even if you have never dealt with the PTO, your views are valuable.
